Jadi ketika saya masih kecil, di tengah kesibukannya beberes kerjaan rumah tangga, Mama selalu menyempatkan untuk membuat cemilan buat saya dan kakak. Waktu itu es coklat/puding berbentuk Popsicles buatannya selalu membuat hati kami senang, walaupun sederhana tapi itu jadi kenangan manis di hati saya.
Kali ini saya yang membuat Popsicles spesial for my "Wonder Woman" menggunakan Pondan Premiks Brownies Kukus/Panggang @kreasipondanid, karena browniesnya itu nyoklat banget dan sudah ada choco chipsnya, buatnya juga mudah cuma tambah 1 butir telur, air, dan margarin/butter cair.
Terimakasih banyak Pondan, sejak mengenalmu, saya jadi bisa bikin aneka dessert dan kue-kue buat keluargaku tersayang.
Brownie Popsicles I ❤ U
Bahan :
1 bungkus Pondan premiks untuk Brownies Kukus/Panggang @kreasipondanid
1 butir telur
100 gr mentega/margarin cair
4 sdm air (40 ml air)
Topping :
-Coklat rasa Strawberry, lelehkan
-Coklat putih, lelehkan
-Sprinkle warna warni
-Permen jelly bentuk hati
Cara :
1. Kocok telur dengan garpu selama 1 menit, tambahkan air dan mentega cair, aduk rata, masukan Pondan premiks untuk Brownies Kukus/Panggang, aduk hingga rata dengan solet kue.
2. Dengan memakai sendok, tuang adonan brownies ke cetakan Popsicle & cetakan Hati yang sudah diolesi margarin, ratakan.
3. Kukus di api sedang selama 25 menit hingga matang. Angkat dan dinginkan di suhu ruang.
5. Tusuk dengan stick es krim, lalu celupkan ke lelehan coklat strawberry. Letakan di atas cooling rack.
6. Hias dengan tulisan & taburan sprinkle

everything i needed during this nyc heatwave. It was SO hot and humid this week in nyc and I’m so glad i found @urbanpops in penn station. 🧡
they have the best assortment of flavors i’ve seen at any popsicle store. they have a whole array of sorbet flavors from lemonade to orange creamiscle to raspberry chocolate- my favorite from here was the mango one. they also then have icecream pops with flavors from ferrorore roche to oreo pb to strawberry shortcake. 🍊☀️🍋
i cannot recommend them enough if you need something to cool off from this week’s nyc heat✨
the icecream pops are also filled with goodness, strawberry shortcake had crumble in it, the twix one had caramel in it, they’re genuinly top notch quality popsicles, and all DAIRY FREE.🥛
i went with a group of friends so we each picked two because we were hungry and it was SO HOT- i tried a bite out of each one.

Creamy Pineapple Popsicles❤️🍍
1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple in syrup
6oz pineapple juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon honey
½ cup Carnation Evaporated Milk
How to make theme park creamy pineapple popsicles
1. To a blender, add crushed pineapple, pineapple juice, vanilla extract, and honey. Blend on high until smooth. Pour in Carnation Evaporated Milk and pulse until combined.
2. Pour the liquid into popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours or preferably overnight.
3. Unmold and enjoy!
