Get warm and get stuck in, unless you’re a 🐈 I’m kidding 🤣 1️⃣ EMOM x 4 rounds Go as heavy as you can but not at the expense of speed or form. Nice little primer to liven you up 6-8 alternating high pull to snatch from the floor 2️⃣ EMOM x 4 rounds If it takes you more than 45s, reduce to 4 reps per move 1: 5 single arm swing, clean & push press, squat, thruster 2: Repeat on the other arm 3: 10 single arm rows on each arm 4. Push ups to failure or as many as you can in 40s, whatever comes first* 5: 10 side bends each side *No pausing at the top or bottom, no scaling the movement to crank out a few more. Find your variation and keep going until you can’t go any more. Add up your total scraps the rounds. It take a dip never mind 🤣 Enjoy Fitties 😘 BOSH

Kneeling jump squats are terrifying for the first time do not liiike 🫠 Mixed a handful of new things today. Little combo in the front (kneeling jump squat, jump squat, clean, press); double kettlebell snatches (couldn't actually do these properly a few weeks ago so improvement here); macebell 360 (these need work from a technique standpoint); kettlebell juggling mash up. Still working towards flowing better with the kettlebell juggling, but mostly waiting until I can go outside so I don't break anything inside 😅
