MIIf you’ve got a bunny, please don’t make the same 5 mistakes I did 💔🐰
1️⃣Buying a cage 🧍♀️ I thought that’s just what you do… but buns aren’t meant to live in cages. They need space to move, stretch, flop, and zoom around.
2️⃣Buying cheap random hay 🪵 I didn’t think hay quality mattered… until my bun got diarrhea. Never again. Good hay is everything.
3️⃣Shopping for food at local pet stores 🛒 Most of it looks cute but is full of junk. Not bunny-safe, even if the packaging says so.
4️⃣Feeding too much sugar 🍌🍓 Even though we often see bunnies with carrots, bunnies are not meant to eat that much sugar. It’s a huge misconception. A small piece of carrot can be a treat, but they should never get too much of it.
5️⃣Figuring everything out myself 🧠 I tried to Google my way through bunny care and just ended up overwhelmed and lots of money wasted. I wish I had someone to guide me.
