QOاگه با بردهای الکترونیکی کار کردی، حتماً این تودههای سیاه و سفت رو دیدی که روی بخشی از مدار میریزن…
همونی که خیلیها بهش میگن قیر، اما اسم درستش اپوکسی سیاه پاتینگ (Black Epoxy Potting) هست.
اما چرا اینو میریزن؟ کاربردش چیه؟ و زیرش چی پنهانه؟
این دقیقاً چیزیه که توی این ویدئو کامل بازش کردم:
🔧 ۱. محافظت از مدار
اپوکسی مثل یک زره سفت تمام قطعه رو میپوشونه و در برابر:
ضربه
رطوبت
گرد و خاک
حرارت
حفاظت کامل ایجاد میکنه.
🔧 ۲. جلوگیری از کپیبرداری (Anti-Reverse Engineering)
خیلی وقتا شرکتها نمیخوان کسی بفهمه داخل اون بخش چه قطعهای استفاده شده یا مدار چطور طراحی شده.
برای همین کلش رو زیر یک لایه اپوکسی دفن میکنن!
🔧 ۳. ثابت نگهداشتن قطعات
در مدارهایی که لرزش زیاد دارن (مثل شارژرها، آداپتورها، دستگاههای صنعتی)، اپوکسی باعث میشه قطعات تکون نخورن و جدا نشن.
🔧 ۴. عایق الکتریکی قوی
جلوگیری از اتصال کوتاه و نشتی جریان مخصوصاً در بخشهای حساس.

در این ویدئو یکی از همین بخشها رو با ابزار تراشیدم و مو به مو نشون میدم زیرش دقیقاً چه قطعهای کار شده و چرا پاتینگ رو روش ریختن.
اگه همیشه برات سؤال بوده که:
«زیر این اپوکسی سیاه چی هست؟ چرا اینقدر محکمشه؟ چرا همه روشو میپوشونن؟»
