Cut out your shadow figures out of black construction paper. Tape them to some sticks. That’s it! Puppet show! Puppet show! Puppet show at lunch! (Lol any office fans out there) So having had both Hazel and Milo's birthdays recently, we had some extra cardboard boxes laying around the house. I used a larger one and with some parchment paper, tape, and an exacto knife I created this cute little shadow puppet theater! I cut out the center of the box and taped parchment paper in there. I also cut off the flaps on the opposite side of the screen with my exacto knife. I decorated the front with some felt curtains and leftover cardboard that I cut off earlier. I designed my puppets and cut those out. I made sure to cut out negative space for the light to shine through! When you're ready to put on your shadow puppet show, turn the lights in your room down and shine a flash light behind the screen and you're ready to go! Have fun!
