⚡️ کشش سیاتیک خود را متوقف کنید. ❌ اگر با سیاتیک سر و کار دارید و تمام وقت خود را به کشش می گذرانید، اما دردتان دوباره عود می کند، به جای آن این ۲ تمرین را انجام دهید: 1️⃣ رفع فشار جانبی متمایل با تکیه دادن به دیوار با پای دردناک در داخل شروع کنید. لگن خود را به پهلو فرو ببرید تا زمانی که احساس رها شدن روی عصب سیاتیک خود کنید و هشت تکرار را انجام دهید و با هر تکرار سعی کنید عمیق تر شوید. 2️⃣ رفع فشار جانبی حوله ای را جمع کنید و روی آن دراز بکشید و پای دردناک به سمت بالا باشد. این به افزایش فضای کنار دیسک‌های بین مهره‌ای کمک می‌کند و فشار را از روی عصب سیاتیک آزاد می‌کند. شما هم از درد سیاتیک رنج میبرید ❔ #sciatica #backpain #explore #exercise #isfahan #mehrdadmassager #سیاتیک #کمردرد #درمان #دردسیاتیک #کمر #دردکمر

This puts you in a bad spiral because the worse sleep you get, the more your pain increases, and the more your pain increases the worst sleep you get And now, you feel stuck… 🔑 The key here is my simple bedtime routine that will help you address key areas of your pain and sleeping positions to sleep better and wake up feeling great!
