I use the Litemons LA200R, usually with a QR-P70T soft box. I find this combination works really well for me, as it produces a nice soft lighting source, while still creating even shadows for some cinematic footage. And considering how expensive studio lights can be, I found this one especially to be great value for money, considering all of the features that come with it.
