Polystyrene should NOT go in your recycling bin, but it can be recycled! That's why we collect it from your doorstep We visited @styrocycle to show you how they recycle it. The tricky thing about Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) is that it may show up unexpectedly. You may avoid plastic as much as possible but then you replace a broken TV, and voila! EPS is all over your living room. It's crucial to manage the EPS in circulation responsibly so that it does not pollute the environment. As well as building insulation, EPS can also be re-made into park benches, picture frames, skirting boards and even bee hives! This week activists took yet another trip to their local MBR Supplier Stericycle. Responsible for the incineration of dead puppies taken straight from Huntingdon, Stericycle vans have recently been seen exiting the “Gates of Hell” loaded up with those poor deceased individuals. In honor of the lives so callously and continuously lost, passionate activists have been keeping tactics fluid and morale high, surprising the facility with a second round of protest shortly after the first one. The surprised workers lashed out aggressively, and a water bottle was caught in the conflict - smashing in two. A placard was also stolen and workers seized a megaphone mic, but thought twice and eventually returned both. Perhaps they remembered the lecture they got from police last time they lashed out on us. As long as Stericycle - and their new corporate owners WM - support the murder of beagle babies, we will be there to speak in their honour.
