If they are already big stick them at the end and prioritise the rest Then the aim is to progress your sessions from week to week as you repeat them Better execution More reps More load (More load with worse execution is not progress, it’s a regression) I still have spaces for online coaching Follow the bio to find out more

You can customize it by shifting a muscle group—like adding extra upper-body work on a lower day. Flexibility is key. Push/Pull Full Body (or anterior/posterior): This is your go-to if you want to prioritize specific muscle groups—upper or lower. Start push days with chest or pull days with back. Or if legs need focus, begin push with quads and/or pull with hamstrings. PP gives you full control over what’s prioritized. Arms work great too—Push with triceps, Pull with biceps—yes! Torso-Limbs: If arms need catching up, start torso day with chest/back and limbs day with arms. If legs are the priority, flip it—start limbs day with legs. You can run all those splits on a 2-days-on-1-day-off schedule or across a 4-day week. It’s highly versatile to suit your focus!

And having the whole weekend off this weekend FELT AMAZING 5. Highly recommend 6. Anyway.... 7. I simply am tweaking the split right now, but since everyone thinks splits are magical fairy dust here is what I will do as far as the skeleton goes..... - upper 1 lower 1 off upper 2 lower 2 off off upper 3 upper 4 off start over at upper 1 - Now....I can’t be much more clear than that, so if you need to ask something like “do you just go back to upper 1 when you start over” then maybe sit the next few plays out because yes, that’s a legit dumb question. - 8. As I have sat down I realize I can actually do more variation with this split than what I was doing before, and I always (personally) do better when I have a rotation now rather than repeating the same session each time (I did that for years and that works too but now from a mental stimulation standpoint I like rotating better) 9. I will be nice enough to actually flesh this whole thing out AFTER I figure out exactly what movements I will select 10. No, the rear delt movement isn’t for “stretch”. I’ve done these for years, I’m not sure why anyone thinks these are “new” 11. I actually did last Thursday and Friday upper and lower as well and they were fantastic sessions. 12. Stuff
