It is nonsensical to believe one will “biohack” their way to health and real performance. I even think that the “biohacking” mindset is actually a good way to guarantee of long terme misalignment with health principles. Hacking means bypassing or countering the normal functioning of a system. So biohacking is already the lifestyle most people live. Sitting 12+ hours a day. Eating unnatural, industrial ultra processed food. Flooding the brain with endless stimulation and doom-scrolling. Living in boxes disconnected from natural environments. That is biohacking. Health and performance are not something to hack. They are the natural output of a system that is allowed to function normally. Call it bio-wisdom. Or simply bio-humility. Or just common sense. Health and performance are the standard production of our biology and psychology when we stop interfering with them. Or hacking them. They are not complex things to manufacture.
