Would you try it? Let me know in the comments what you think if you do! 🙌 INGREDIENTS 12 slices white bread 6 tbsp Nutella ¼ cup all-purpose flour 1 cup milk 3 eggs 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp ground cinnamon 1 pinch salt vegetable oil 1 strawberry 1 tbsp powdered sugar INSTRUCTIONS 1️⃣ Spoon about a tablespoon of nutella into the middle of 6 slices of bread, then place another slice on top of each. 2️⃣ Use a sturdy cup to press down in the middle of each Nutella sandwich. This will seal the edges around the Nutella and create an “uncrustable” 3️⃣ Whisk the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl until combined. 4️⃣ Add oil to a pan over medium heat. Soak each uncrustable for 10-15 seconds per side, then place them in the pan. 5️⃣ Cook each side until golden brown. 6️⃣ Slice the stem off of one or two strawberries, thinly slice them, and place a slice or two on top of each uncrustable. Margarine - it’s literally one molecule away from plastic (and your body doesn’t know what to do with it) 3. soda - empty calories, full of sugar 4. White bread - wonder bread, rolls it's spikes your blood sugar like crazyyy 5. Granola bars - these have like 20+ ingredients in them, that’s not food, that’s a science experiment 6. Margarine - it’s fr one molecule away from plastic (and your body doesn’t know what to do with it) 7. Canned soup - this is just salt in a can and is horrific for your body 8. Fruit juice - just eat the real fruit lmao 9. Dark chocolate buns 💕 Recipe for 7-8 large buns: 290ml whole milk (around 25-30c) 60ml double cream (or heavy cream) 75g sugar 7g instant yeast 4g salt 165g strong white bread flour 385g T45 flour (or just more strong white) 20g black cocoa powder 75g unsalted butter soft, cubed 100g dark chocolate chips 230-250ml thick dark chocolate custard (recipe in the comments) Egg wash (1 whole egg whisked and sifted) In the bowl of your stand mixer, add warm milk, cream, cocoa and flour. Knead on low speed until flour is well incorporated (2-3min). Cover and rest for 45min-1h. Then yeast,sugar and salt. Mix on low for 3min and medium speed for 3min. Go back to low speed and add the butter little by little. Continue kneading for 8-10min until smooth and the butter fully incorporated Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot (25–28 °C) for 1 1/2- 2hours until almost doubled (longer if left at room temperature). Roll the dough into a 55 × 40 cm rectangle (roughly). Spread the custard evenly and then the chocolate chips. Fold the dough twice - put in the freezer for 5-10min (it will harden the dough and custard and shaping will be easier). Slice into long strips (x7-8 for xlarge buns). Twist each strip several times and shape into a roll. Place on baking paper lined trays and let rise in a warm place for 60-75minutes, until puffy. Preheat your oven to 175c. Gently brush the buns with the egg wash. Bake for 18-22min until slightly golden (cover with foil if the buns get brown too quickly). Optional: brush with some syrup (2tsp sugar mixed with 2tsp boiling water) for a glossy finish while still hot. #homebaking #chocolateoverload #chocolatelovers #bakedfromscratch
