Avocado Bread 🥑 No blender needed - just mash and mix. Ingredients • 1 avocado • 1 egg • 30–50 g grated mozzarella • salt • nigella seeds (optional) Instructions 1. Mash the avocado in a bowl. 2. Add the egg, grated mozzarella, salt and nigella seeds. 3. Mix until well combined. 4. Shape into 2 small bread-like patties on parchment paper. 5. Bake at 190°C until set and lightly golden. Perfect for sandwiches.

PAN O TORTILLA DE AGUACATE, una receta muy viral fácil, deliciosa y con muy pocos ingredientes. -Si te gusta el aguacate y el queso, tienes que probar a hacer este pan, queda delicioso. -Ayer la vi en el perfil de @bobbyparrish y dije, esto lo tengo que hacer. -Ingredientes para 2 personas: •1 aguacate •1 huevo •1 taza de queso rallado o 25 gr •Sal y pimienta al gusto •1 cucharada de sésamo opcional, puedes ponerle sésamo blanco o semillas de calabaza el toque crunchy queda genial -Elaboración: -Machacamos el aguacate con un poquito de limón. -Le ponemos el huevo, queso, el sésamo, sal y pimienta, mezclamos bien y extendemos en forma redonda en un papel de nuestra freidora de aire. -Lo llevamos 15 min a 180 grados. -En horno serán unos 30/35 min 180. -Yo lo he rellenado de tomate y fiambre de pavo casero, queda delicioso. -Por fuera queda una capa fina crujiente y por dentro queda cremoso como es en sí el aguacate. 🙏Espero que os guste tanto como a mí, gracias por todos vuestros comentarios y que tengáis un martes maravilloso. #pandeaguacate #tortilladeaguacate #aguacate #avocadobread #sandiwichdeaguacate #tortillassaludables #queso #recetasfaciles #recetaviral #recetasquefuncionan #avocado #lowcarb #ketorecipes #recetassaaludables #cambiodehabiros #habitossaludables
