I prioritised my sessions. 2. I changed my WHY. I decided not to look at my body to see results anymore. Instead i looked at my capabilities and how they were expanding instead. Only then did i see growth in a positive, in every way. 3. I kept dabbling in anything that looked interesting until i found my one true love.. KETTLEBELLS. 4. Im consistent BUT im flexible. Fitness had to work around my life and it needed to make my llife easier not harder!
