Greek yogurt protein brownies • Follow @mattsfitchef for more easy healthy recipes SAVE the recipe (IT primo commento)👇 INGREDIENTS - 180 g (3/4 cup) Greek yogurt - 1 egg - 40 g (1/3 cup) cocoa powder - 30 g (1/3 cup) protein powder (replace with oat flour or almond flour) - 70 g (1/3 cup) granular sweetener (adjust quantity based on protein powder flavor used) - chocolate chips (optional) DIRECTIONS - Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and fold a 15 cm x 15 cm (7 inch x 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper. - In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt together with the egg, cocoa powder, protein powder and granular sweetener (more or less depending on protein powder flavor used). Stir until all ingredients are combined and you get a smooth brownie batter. - Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared pan, and optionally sprinkle with chocolate chips on top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and let cool before serving; do not over bake or they get dry.

🤤 49 Cal Protein Angel Food Cakes ✅ Macros for each OREO Protein Angel Food Cake: 49 Cals, 0.5g Carbs, 0.33g Fat, 11g Protein ✳️ Ingredients (makes 3): 6 Egg Whites from Large Eggs (about 210g) 12g Whey/Casein Blend Chocolate Protein Powder (I use @flex_brands aka my brand aka the best baking protein in the game! “FDL” saves you 15%!) 5g Black Cocoa Powder 5g Cream of Tartar Powder 4g Zero Cal Sweetener ❇️ Directions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Separate the egg whites from the 6 whole eggs into a mixing bowl. 2️⃣ Take your hand mixer and whisk the egg whites until you see stiff peaks. This should take around 1-2 minutes. 3️⃣ Now add your protein powder, black cocoa powder, sweetener and cream of tartar into a bowl and mix. 4️⃣ Then sprinkle with your spoon about 1/2 of the powdered ingredients onto the egg whites. Then carefully fold the ingredients together. Repeat this process for the rest of the dry ingredients. 5️⃣ Now grease with non stick cooking spray your 3 10oz ramekins. Evenly add 1/3rd of your batter to each one and add to the oven for 20 minutes on 350 degrees F. 6️⃣ Once done, they will have grown tremendously tall outside of the ramekins. They won’t stay that way. They will fall into place as they cool. 7️⃣ Once cool, add your toppings of choice and enjoy!

high protein millionaires flapjacks 😮‍💨🤭 these have a protein caramel filling!! 210 kcal per bar (makes 12 big bars) 10 g P | 22g C | 10g F base ingredients: 200g rolled oats 30g vanilla protein powder (I used @womensbest fit pro whey) 80g peanut butter 60g maple syrup 40g coconut oil, melted 60ml milk of choice 1 tsp vanilla extract (I used sugarfree flavdrops) protein caramel filling: 120g medjool dates, soaked in 50ml water for 5 min 60g peanut butter or cashew butter 30g vanilla protein powder 2 tbsp milk Pinch of salt topping: 120g dark chocolate L 1 tsp coconut oil method: 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C 2. In a bowl combine oats, protein powder, peanut butter, honey, melted coconut oil, milk and vanilla drops. 3. Press firmly into the tin and bake for 12 mins until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely. 4. To make the caramel, blend the soaked dates, nut butter, protein powder, milk and salt until smooth and thick. 5. Spread the caramel evenly over the flapjack base. 6. Melt chocolate with coconut oil and pour over the caramel layer. 7. Chill in the fridge 1–2 hours, then slice into 9–12 bars. These will keep in the fridge for up to a week!!
