👥 مثلث تیمِ برنده همون طور که آقای وانگ گفتن سال‌ها کار تیمی به من ثابت کرده که هر تیم موفق روی سه ضلع می‌ایستد: ۱) هدف مشترک (Vision & Outcomes) من قبل از هر کاری مقصد را شفاف می‌کنم: چرا این پروژه مهم است و موفقیت دقیقاً یعنی چه. OKR/KPI، ضرب‌الاجل و تعریف «Done» را می‌نویسم تا همه روی یک نقشه حرکت کنیم. ۲) نقش و پاسخ‌گویی (Roles & Accountability) ابهام سرعت را می‌کُشد. برای هر تسک یک Owner می‌گذارم (RACI/DACI)، دامنه اختیار را مشخص می‌کنم و مسیر تصمیم‌گیری را کوتاه و شفاف نگه می‌دارم. ۳) فرهنگ و اعتماد (Culture & Trust) تیم بدون اعتماد، فقط جمعی از افراد است. من بازخورد محترمانه، شفافیت، پذیرش «اشتباهِ امن» و جشن گرفتن پیشرفت‌های کوچک را تبدیل به عادت می‌کنم. نکته‌هایی که در تیم‌سازی همیشه اجرا می‌کنم •تکمیل مهارت‌ها نه تشابه آدم‌ها؛ تنوعِ حرفه‌ای، کیفیت تصمیم را بالا می‌برد. •۱:۱ منظم برای رفع گره‌ها و رشد فردی. •استنداپ کوتاه + برد مشترک (Kanban) برای هم‌راستایی روزانه. •مستندسازی مداوم تا خروجی به حافظهٔ افراد وابسته نباشد. •قوانین ارتباط (کانال رسمی، SLA پاسخ، فرمت گزارش) از روز اول. •Retrospective بعد از هر مایلستون: چه چیزی را حفظ کنیم/تغییر دهیم. چرا تیم برای سازمان حیاتی است؟ •سرعت اجرا را چند برابر می‌کند، •کیفیت تصمیم را بالا می‌برد، •ریسکِ وابستگی به فرد را کم می‌کند، •و سازمان را واقعاً مقیاس‌پذیر و نوآور می‌سازد. تیم قوی یعنی هدف شفاف + نقش روشن + فرهنگ اعتماد؛ بقیه ابزار است. اژدهای راه ابریشم / پیشرو در تجارت جهانی #تیم_سازی #رهبری #مدیریت #فرهنگ_سازمانی #OKR #KPI #RACI #ProjectManagement #بهره‌وری #dsrholding #worldtrademaster

When this time comes, you want to ensure that for all of your repeat tasks you have a clear ARCI model in place. A = Accountable - who is accountable for the overarching task/project? R = Responsible - who is responsible for the various tasks that create the end result? This is the 'doing' part C = Consulted - who might you need to talk to for their expert opinion [subject matter experts]? I = Informed - who might you need to keep up to date? ARCI, or RACI as its also known, is a very common frame work and probably because it is SO useful. I use it across my business especially for larger scale projects.
