Quit with the instant gratification if you want true change. If I told you, you could have the body of your dreams or a new PR in two years instead of 3 months would that make you change your mind about how bad you want it? Or would you show up consistently, knowing at the end of years all your hard work would finally show? *Coaches Critique* As a Coach and Trainer I critique others daily, but I can use some critiquing as well.🤔 4 weeks ago I decided to add split squats back into my routine for 8 weeks and I dislike Barbell split squats with a passion.lol🙃 I always struggled with my form so I challenged myself to get better at doing BB split squats and to stay consistent, no matter what. My form can still use some work, but this is progress!💪🏾 Challenge yourself today. Step back into something you’ve neglected, and commit to doing it consistently until you get the result you deserve.💪🏾 #azmtraining #formandtechnique #fyp #highlights
