Showing up and doing anything is better than doing nothing. But it’ll only get you so far. This will lead to frustration of not progressing fast enough or progress coming to a complete halt. Create a plan. Create structure. Create routine. Have your gym schedule set, and KNOW what you’re gonna do. Know how you’re gonna fuel yourself throughout the day. Know how you’re gonna wind yourself down for bed so that you can rest well and perform the next day. It’s a lot of planning, but when it flows it FLOWS. Keep it simple, but know what you’re doing.

Treat it like a non-negotiable. 2. Going all in… for a week. You don’t need to train every day right away. You need a plan you can actually stick to. Consistency > intensity every time. 3. Forcing a routine you don’t enjoy. If you dread it, you won’t keep doing it. The right environment and style makes all the difference. That’s why our classes are built differently. You’re not stuck in one lane. Strength. Conditioning. Or both. Coached. Structured. And actually enjoyable. Because when you enjoy it… you show up. And when you show up… everything changes.
