let’s talk about being HANGRY in a calorie deficit 👉🏼 bc you MIGHT be eating too many “LOW volume” foods, so lets bulk em up! 🤝🏼 so many people think a deficit means: ❌ tiny meals ❌ being hungry all day ❌ “just have more willpower” ❌ no snacks, no dessert, no fun BLEH more food doesn’t equal more calories… it just means you’re eating smarter foods that take up more SPACEEEE in your tummy + keep you fuller longer ✅ your deficit should feel: ✅ manageable ✅ realistic ✅ high protein ✅ high volume ✅ still enjoyable YES you will probably go to bed a little hungry at night but you shouldnt be RAVENOUS! MY FAVORITE TIP: if you want dessert at night… TRACK IT FIRST 🍦✨ then build your day around it instead of “being good all day” and blacking out at 9pm 🤣………..
