The Seated Cable Pullover - courtesy of @coacheugeneteo I really like these Not just as a way to experience a different kind of stimulus in my lats and my teres that doesn’t require a whole lot of load because the lats especially don’t actually have wonderful leverage in this position but also because it helps me hide some mobility work (that I don’t do enough of) in my hypertrophy training and being the stiff individual that I am, that’s very appreciated by my body So effectively I get a bit of both worlds which is nice 👍🏼 But if you solely want hypertrophy a regular cable pullover may be the better choice alongside your rows and pulldowns #lats #pullover #fitnesstips #musclegain
