Michael’s toilet had been making a very questionable noise every time he flushed 😅 Not to mention, the handle was broken, and I am fairly confident most of the parts in this bathroom are about 30 years old. You have to try this before calling a plumber! My garbage disposal wasn’t making any sound and I honestly thought it was done for. I hit the reset and it finally started to hum. That’s when I knew the gears were stuck. One quick yank with the Allen key and it came free. Now it’s working like new again! To keep it from happening again, I grabbed the @dancoinc Disposal Genie. It keeps silverware and bigger stuff from falling in. You can find it in store at Home Depot or Lowe’s.
