You can't lift stockings just by pulling from thighs, likely you will rip them or adjustment will last very short time, for a nice fit that lasts you start adjusting stockings from feet all the way up and only that way you'll nicely lift them. Same with face, face is not a separate structure but a continuation of lower structures and one fascia line. Are you concerned with - jowls - drooping mouth corners or marionette lines - double chin or loss of face oval - chest lines or neck lines Then this technique is for you 🫶 Do it gently and slowly (video sped up) few times a week, can do a bit cream if needed but fingers shouldn't be slipping. When it becomes tight or tense, it can cause several issues in the lower face. It can pull the corners of the mouth downward, contribute to sagging in the lower face, and create a lot of tension through the jaw area. When this muscle holds too much tension, it may also reduce healthy blood flow and energy flow through the lower face. The good news is that it’s very simple to release. Using the knuckles of your index fingers, gently massage the area in small circular movements. Move the circles one way and then the other way. This helps soften the muscle, release tension, and encourage better circulation through the lower face. Doing this every day gives the best results and can help keep this area of the face more lifted, relaxed and balanced. Please don’t ever make this mistake ⬇️ I got threads to “lift” my mid face to help with nasolabial folds and jowling. It was definitely a scary procedure, scalpel cutting into my hairline, so much popping and pressure as the threads were being imbedded into my skin, the barbs pulling at my tissue, the stitches to secure them, then the antibiotics I had take to prevent infection……woof! After the week and a half of swelling went down I had puckering on one side of my cheek from the barbs on the threads (last clip in the reel). I went in to get it corrected so that was a full 2 1/2 weeks where I looked weird 🫠 The lifting results were nice for about 14 months then went back to how things looked before l. What I DIDNT realize was what it was doing to my tissue and the potential complications which include • thread migration • visible or palpable threads (had that) • asymmetry • dimples or puckering (had that) • infection • inflammation • thread pieces never fully dissolving and being “stuck” in your face long term • scar tissue Since all my results are completely gone I’ve been focusing on daily lifting practices when I sleep, during AM skincare, and mid day to lift and smooth without threads!!!!! I’ve also realized a touch aging is actually beautiful and looks more natural than a frozen snatch!!! I actually think I look better now at 36, 2 years later than I did when I got threads!!!!
