 Ingredientes para 4 personas: 500 gr fresas congeladas 3 quesos frescos, los de ración 3 cucharadas miel Elaboración: Pon todos los ingredientes en un procesador y tritura hasta conseguir una textura cremosa. Yo lo he servido con sarraceno y semillas de calabaza tostadas. Tarifi reels kaydırırken gördüm, hemen deneyeyim dedim robotum bozuldu, blenderımla yapmaya çalıştım kakılar o yüzden taneli 🥹 Thanks for recipe: @ginamarie.grimm - 1 çay bardağı çiğ kaju (100 gram- badem de olur) - 3 yemek kaşığı badem unu(30 gram- Hindistan cevizi de olur) - 1 limon kabuğu rendesi - 1 yemek kaşığı limon suyu - 2 yemek kaşığı bal - 1/2 çay bardağı orman meyvesi Üzeri için: - 50 gram şekersiz beyaz çikolata veya bitter çikolata Kaju, badem unu, limon kabuğu rendesi, limon suyu, bal, orman meyvelerini mutfak robotunda hamur kıvamına gelene kadar karıştıralım. 10 adet top elde edelim. Benmari usulü eritilmiş beyaz çikolataya bulayalım(top başı 5 gram olacak şekilde). Omg. I made high protein kettle corn 🍿 and it’s actually SO GOOD. The sweetness from the protein powder mixed with the saltiness from the popcorn is giving me county fair vibes but like, post workout. I used vegan vanilla protein from Orgain (whatever they sell at Costco) and mixed it in with some microwaveable popcorn I had lying around. Obviously the macros will be different based on what brands you buy, but just make sure to read the labels! You don’t need the extra buttery popcorn but you also don’t wanna buy the one with no salt and no flavor. This snack is perfect post workout because you get carbs to help replenish your glycogen stores and protein yo help rebuild muscles. Just make sure you drink tons of water too! Pour 8-10 blinis: -150g de patate douce bouillie; -1 tasse (250ml) de farine au choix; -1/2 tasse (125 ml) de fécule de maïs; -1 canne (400ml) de lait de coco; -2c. à thé (10ml) de curcuma moulu; -2c. à thé (10ml) de sel. . 1. Crisser la patate douce et le lait de coco au blender; 2. Transférer le contenu du blender dans un bol avec le reste des ingrédients; 3. Prova questi croccantissimi grissini cotti in forno! 😋 Ingredienti (x 35/40 grissini): - 400 gr di farina - 220 ml di acqua - 50 ml di olio extravergine di oliva - Curcuma e rosmarino q.b. - 8 gr di sale - 1 cucchiaino di lievito istantaneo/bicarbonato - Mix di semi per decorare (facoltativo) 👉🏼 Procedimento: Mescola tutti gli ingredienti e, una volta ottenuto un panetto morbido stendilo con un matterello, cercando di mantenere uno spessore di circa 5/6 mm. Taglia a strisce sottili e attorcigliale su se stesse. Disponile su una teglia foderata con carta da forno e spennellale con dell’acqua.
