Grab on tight and raise your legs in the air parallel to the ground! Keep your head facing the floor, make sure not to crane your neck up (you can rest your forehead on your hands if you are laying on the floor!) Tighten your core, glutes and hamstrings and start flutter kicking your feet back and forth! Make sure to brace yourself with your arms if you are on a bench!
