Le flutter kick est l’un des exercices les plus efficaces pour cibler le bas du ventre, celui qui résiste le plus. ✔️ Active les abdos profonds ✔️ Raffermit la sangle abdominale ✔️ Aide à obtenir un ventre plus tonique ✔️ À faire à la maison, sans matériel Mais attention : ce n’est pas la vitesse qui compte. C’est le contrôle et la tension continue. 20 à 30 secondes bien exécutées valent plus que 2 minutes mal faites.
