Try This & Let Me Know If It Humbles You This was my problem in college & high school that I also think a lot of athletes go through as well. You rep Heavy RDLs or Deadlifts without training deeper ranges of hinging like the Seated GM. The second that I worked on these movements more I was gaining so much more balance in my pelvis and addressed my imbalances in my groin & inner hamstrings. It resolved a ton of sciatica and lower back pain as well, but as I was getting stronger in the hinge in the process. Give this movement a try and let me know how it goes for you.

I train them in 5 ways:- 1. Flexion :- Weighted Crunches Hanging Leg Raises 2. Lateral Flexion:- Weighted Side Bends Side Plank Hip Dip 3.Anti Lateral Flexion :- Suitcase Carry Variations Single Arm KB Deadlift 4. Rotation:- Cable Wood-chops Russian Twists 5. Anti Extension:- Bird Dogs Dead bugs For Training My Lower Back i do Heavy RDL and hypertension. Choose any 1 movement at the end of your session 2 exercises 3 movements with good intensity. Feel free to change movement just make sure you training the given movement pattern.
