2️⃣ Bajra (Pearl Millet) – 400g → Rich in fiber, aids digestion, and provides warmth in winter.
3️⃣ Moongi Sabut Daal (Whole Green Gram) – 100g → A plant-based protein, rich in fiber, and easy to digest.
4️⃣ Makki (Maize) – 500g → Adds a slightly sweet flavor and is gluten-free.

Give to grind at a nearby flour mill if you don't have a flour machine. Colour of chapati will be little reddish because of ragi and khapli gehu.

Clean all the grains and pulses thoroughly to remove dust, stones, or impurities. 2. Spread them on a clean cloth or tray and sun-dry for a few hours to remove any moisture. 3. Once completely dry, mix everything together with the wheat. 4. Grind the mixture into fine flour using a high-power mixer grinder or give it to a flour mill (atta mill). 5.
