COVID Tip ! Im surprised I haven’t seen this circulating yet. Staying in the hospital on a Covid floor seeing many doctors 🥼 and nurses I was able to gain more insight on this virus 🦠. One of them was whats called “proning”. Or what we call laying on our stomachs. Believe it or not it can help respiratory symptoms 🫁🙌🏻 “The position allows for better expansion of the dorsal (back) lung regions, improved body movement and enhanced removal of secretions which may ultimately lead to advances in oxygenation (breathing).” Doctors and Nurses were over the moon to know I’ve slept on my stomach since I’ve been injured. I couldn’t believe to hear they are actually putting vented patients on their stomachs! BUT ‼️ ALWAYS contact YOUR healthcare providers to make sure YOU are a great candidate for proning ‼️ This is to raise awareness so you can inquire. Just like anything there are RISKS so always make sure you aren’t at risk! Xoxo ❤️🙏🏻 If you are a good candidate as seen in the video I put a thin pillow under my chest to relieve tension in my shoulders and neck.

È uno degli errori più comuni e frustranti 🙄 ​🦵 La leg curl è un macchinario pazzesco per costruire hamstrings (femorali) forti e tonici, ma basta poco per spostare il lavoro sui polpacci 🙅 ​❌ Ecco 5 errori comuni (e come risolverli): ​1️⃣ Instabilità del Bacino 👉 Tips: non sollevarlo; mantienilo stabile e aderente, attivando l'adddome ​2️⃣ Piedi troppo attivi 👉 Tips: mantieni il piede rilassato, neutro ​3️⃣ Carico eccessivo 👉 Tips: Abbassa il peso. La tecnica sempre prima del carico! ​4️⃣ Velocità sbagliata 👉 Tips: controlla il movimento, soprattutto in eccentrica. So here’s some simple tips for my girles: ⬩Brush your teeth 2x a day! Let’s normalise this ⬩Clean sweat prone areas thoroughly like underarms, behind ears, inner thighs, under breasts, back of neck these areas trap sweat and bacteria. Rinse properly and dry completely. ⬩Change undergarments every single day even if you stayed home. Breathable cotton is better for daily wear. ⬩Don’t sit in tight clothes for long hours.Tight jeans or leggings all day can trap heat and moisture. ⬩Wash off shampoo & conditioner from your back and behind ears. Product residue can cause back acne and irritation. ⬩Your pillowcase affects your skin more than you think. Change it every 3–4 days if you’re acne prone. ⬩Clean your belly button gently in the shower. It collects lint, sweat, and dead skin ⬩Keep your nails short and clean underneath. ⬩Clean things that touch your face daily. Like phone screens, makeup brushes, sunglasses, any personal items. ⬩Don’t sleep in makeup. Never ever! ⬩Dry properly between your toes. Moisture trapped between toes can lead to odour and fungal infections. Follow this steps regularly with consistency and see the difference yourself. SAVE and Share to help other girles out there 🎀
