2012 Throwback Rings training 215 lbs Used to leave work on my lunch hour and hang my rings at the park. My workout was always the same: Quick warmup Muscle ups high effort practice 15 mins Ring flys 3 sets of 8-20 reps Some Supports or rows And I'd just brute force try things like Iron Cross and levers somewhere in the middle of that. Then I'd rush back to work, microwave a potato and have some canned tuna fish or protein powder. I still train rings, no matter the training phase, no matter my bodyweight, I find a use for them because they provide a kind of X factor in training outcomes.

Try these 2 moves to build strength and resilience ⬇️ 1️⃣ Wrist Hang – Hook wrist over ring/bar, grip for support, lower with legs, lift when safe. ⏱ 30–60 sec. 2️⃣ Wrist Circles – Press wrist to wall, rotate so every part makes contact, lean in more as it feels good. Final step → on the floor without losing contact. 🔄 10 reps (5 each side). #royegold
