Save this for later ⬇️ Fat loss isn’t magic — it’s math. 1 pound of fat = 3,500 calories. So if you want to lose 2 pounds per week, that’s a 7,000 calorie deficit. Here’s how it adds up: 1️⃣ Cardio Burn ~100 calories a day → 700 calories a week. 2️⃣ Steps 10,000 steps ≈ 500 calories. 7 days = 3,500 calories a week. 3️⃣ Weight Training Each workout burns ~300 calories (plus builds muscle). 4 sessions a week = 1,200 calories. 4️⃣ Diet The most important piece. If your target is 7,000 calories a week and activity covers ~5,400… You still need ~1,600 through diet. That’s about 230 calories/day (as simple as cutting one latte or swapping fries for veggies). ➡️ Add it all together: • 700 (cardio) • 3,500 (steps) • 1,200 (training) • 1,600 (diet tweaks) = 7,000 calories a week → 2 lbs of fat gone. The secret: Consistency. Do this for 8 weeks straight and you’ll drop ~16 lbs. No guessing. No gimmicks. Protein will help you stay full and help you build and maintain muscle to improve your metabolism..making you a fat burning machine!! 🔥🔥🔥 Breakfast: 2 eggs + 1 cup egg whites has 40g of protein . Pair it with sourdough bread and berries. Lunch : Chicken Salad: 2 chicken skewers has 35g of Protein . Add it over a salad mix (just greens) add cucumber, chickpeas and feta. Add a dressing under 50 calories. Dinner: Turkey Bowl : half a pound raw weight of turkey has 40g of protein. (Cook the pound and divide it into 2 servings) mix the turkey in taco seasoning, black beans, salsa, lettuce. Dessert : 170g of Greek yogurt (1 serving) add berries and a drizzle of honey for 15g of protein! Let’s break them down. 1. Housing Freshmen and sophomores usually have to dorm, so this cost is fixed at first. Later, your best options are commuting, becoming an RA (free housing + meals), or starting at community college for 2 years. If you’re renting, start searching early, live with as many roommates as possible, and always take photos of the place before moving in. 2. Tuition This one hurts the most. Scholarships are free money that often go unused—apply to as many as you can. In high school, stack AP or dual-enrollment credits. In college, knock out GEs at a community college during summer/winter to save big. 3. Food If you don’t have a meal plan, cooking is your money-saver. Eating out daily destroys your budget. Brew your own coffee, cook simple meals, and skip pricey “energy shots.” 4. Supplies Never buy textbooks full price.
