I like to do this workout on the smiths machine so I can go HEAVY👏 but you can do it with dumbbells, kettlebells, whatever you have. 10x each Repeat 3-4x -Squats -Sumo deadlift -Reverse lunge -RDL -Bulgarian split squat -Hip thrusts Compound exercises are exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time. I love compound exercises because they are an efficient use of my time. If you only have a limited amount of time to exercise, you’ll work more muscles and build more strength by focusing on compound exercises. The smiths machine “pull ups” (the 5th exercise) are a great way to train your lats and work up to unassisted pull ups. The further out you walk your feet the more challenging they will be. Legs get it 💪🏼
