They are more likely to explore their interests and passions without feeling the need to conform to societal expectations. They are also more likely to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas because they are not bound by the constraints of conformity.
In fact, it is not uncommon to find that backbenchers are more successful in life than their front row counterparts.
