What actually changed everything for me 👇 • Quality reps > endless volume Every rep should load the chest, not your shoulders or triceps. If tension leaves the pecs, the set stops being productive. • Isolation before annihilation Your chest can’t grow if it never does the work. Fly patterns, controlled presses, and stable setups force the pecs to take over. • Upper chest first — always For most men, the upper chest is underdeveloped. Train your weakest point first while strength, focus, and nervous system output are highest. • Progressive overload still matters — but only on clean reps More weight means nothing if tension leaves the muscle.
