Don’t act like there’s ONLY people doing progression on the one side and people doing weighted pull ups on the other. Use BOTH and schedule them into your training consciously. For example you can start your training with the current best progression you can do and continue with weighted pull ups after that. Through the cycles of your workouts you will progressively OVERLOAD each of them. Pernah punya ajustable pull up bar yang di pintu tapi kurang leluasa, punya pull up bar ditembok tapi ukurannya kecil, susah untuk melakukan weighted pull up, dan latihan muscle up. Akhirnya kepikiran buat bikin pull up bar ini, bisa untuk latihan weighted pull up dan muscle up, pemasangan juga simple, tidak perlu di las, bahan minimalis, dan yang paling penting low budget. Total aku hanya menghabiskan 15k untuk membeli dynabolt dan mur panjang, yang lainnya menggunakan barang yang sudah tidak terpakai, seberti hollow bekas, pipa bekas tiang antena. Ini list bahannya 📌pipa besi 1inc panjang 135cm 📌besi hollow 4x4 10 cm (bisa diganti balok kayu) 2 buah 📌dynabolt M10 10cm 4 buah (bisa diganti paku beton) 📌mur baut 10cm (bisa diganti sekrup) Ini juga cocok banget buat yang pintu rumahnya tidak bisa di pasangin pull up bar, atau tidak ada lorong tembok yang bisa digunakan untuk memasang pull up bar, kita bisa manfaatkan sudut kamar atau sudut rumah untuk memasangnya. Finding something harder to adjust to like weighted pull ups is a great way to make normal pull ups feel like warm up! 👌 To do weighted pull ups you can use: A weighted belt, dumbell held between your feet or thighs, or even just a backpack filled with books.
