Is this real life? That’s me on the cover of Women’s Health Mag. 😳🤩 It’s been my mission over the past several years to try to get people to think outside the traditional confines of how we see health and fitness, to consider the many factors that can make our respective journeys more difficult and complex. I’ve tried to present perspectives not often discussed and shift our focus towards what I believe true well-being is about. Some have said I’ve taken a “softer” stance, but to me it’s simply taking into our account our mental health and looking at health beyond the bounds of shredded abs and broccoli. To be dubbed The Compassionate Coach seems so apt. 🥰 I always say you never know who is watching your content. You never know when incredible opportunities will come your way, so keep on keeping on.
