Tore my ATFL and was in a moonboot for 6 days (the irony is not lost on me!)
Kept things structured from day one — early mobility, progressive loading, and consistent rehab.
Being a physio doesn’t mean avoiding injury… I went to see a Physio and had guidance from my running coach. I still need to be told what to do and be accountable!
Stuck to the plan, looked after it, and got back to running sooner than expected ✅
