This quick and easy circuit uses just your backpack to get a full-body workout. No gym? No problem!

Here's what we're doing:

🦿Warm-up suggestion (do each for about 30 seconds, twice):
1. 90/90 + hip internal rotations
2. Scapula push ups
3. Standing goodmorning
.
‼️ Workout (4 to 5 rounds) ‼️
Backpack Squats (12 reps)
Backpack Deadlifts (12 reps)
Backpack Push-ups (12 reps)
Backpack Rows (10 reps)
Backpack Overhead Press (10 reps)

Rest between rounds: 30 to 60 seconds 🥵
