• Levadura seca 4 grs
• Huevo 1 und
•Harina 220 grs
• Sal 4 grs
•Salchicha para perro 3 unds

•Papa 1 und
•Cereal de hojuelas de maíz sin azúcar
•salsas al gusto

LAIngredientes:
300g de farinha de trigo
11 / 2 colher de chá de sal
45G de açúcar granulado
6G de fermento instantâneo
1 ovo grande
160Ml de água morna
3 salsichas
Queijo mussarela
Migalhas de pão Panko
2 batatas pequenas + 2 colheres de sopa de amido de milho
Instruções:
Faça a massa:
1. Em uma tigela, misture o ovo, o açúcar e o fermento
2. Adicione a farinha, o sal e a água e misture até formar uma massa pegajosa.
3. Cubra e deixe a massa crescer por cerca de 1 hora, ou até dobrar de tamanho.
Prepare as Batatas:
1. Corte as batatas em cubos pequenos.
2. Ferva por 3 a 4 minutos, depois escorra e deixe esfriar.
3. Cubra os cubos levemente com amido de espalhe em uma bandeja.
Prepare os Recheios:
1. Corte as salsichas ao meio.
2. Corte o queijo em pedaços do mesmo
comprimento que as metades da salsicha.
3. Espete salsicha e queijo juntos em palitos.
Montar os Corn Dogs:
1. Enrole a massa crescida em torno de cada
espeto até cobrir totalmente.
2. Enrole a farinha de rosca e os cubos de
batata para revestir uniformemente.
Frite os Corn Dogs:
1. Aqueça o óleo em fogo alto e frite até
dourar.
2. Reduza para fogo médio e continue
fritando até ficar cozido.
3. Polvilhe cada cachorro-quente com açúcar

👉INGREDIENTS
6 sausages
📌For the batter:
160g (1½ cups) corn flour
80g (¾ cup) all-purpose flour
Paprika (to taste)
6g (½ tbsp) baking soda
A pinch of salt
190ml (¾ cup) milk
1 egg
📌For coating:
All-purpose flour (for dusting)
📌For frying:
Oil for frying
👉METHOD
1. In a bowl, combine the corn flour, all-purpose flour, paprika, baking soda, and salt. Whisk the dry ingredients together.
2. Add the milk and egg, and whisk until smooth. Transfer the batter to a tall, narrow container and set aside.
3. Cut the sausages in half and insert each half onto a wooden skewer.
4. Lightly coat each skewered sausage in flour, then dip it into the batter.
5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
6. Serve the corn dogs with your favorite sauces and enjoy!

FRI corndog coreani, chiamati anche Gamja Hot Dog (감자핫도그), sono uno snack popolare della Corea del Sud, buonissimo croccante e filante!
Ingredienti:
Per la pastella:
220g di farina 00
120ml di acqua
1 uovo
10g di lievito di birra fresco (4g secco)
1 pizzico di sale
Per la farcitura
6 pezzi di formaggio filante
6 pezzi di würstel
Maionese
GoChuJang (pasta di peperoncino fermentata) in alternativa ketchup
2 patate medie
Pan grattato o panko
Olio di semi per friggere
Procedimento:
Prepara la pastella: unisci il lievito all’acqua e fallo sciogliere poi versa nella farina. Unisci uovo sale e mischia bene. Copri e fai raddoppiare. Taglia il formaggio e i würstel e inserisci prima il würstel e poi il formaggio in uno stuzzicadenti grande. Taglia le patate a dadini e sbianchiscile per 3/4 minuti.
Prepara le patate e il pan grattato in due piatti. Passa lo spiedino nella pastella poi nelle patate ed infine nel pan grattato e friggi a 170°
In una ciotola versa un cucchiaino di gochujang e fai sciogliere con poca acqua.
Decora i corndog con le salse.
