The most common mistake I see with most lying core exercises is having an arch in your low back 🙅🏻♀️
In order to get the proper core engagement out of this movement, tuck your pelvis in and keep your back in contact with the floor ✅
To practice, you can perform lying pelvic tilts and hold a pause there!
