2️⃣ Swap some of your starchy carbs for salad or veg 👏👏 This will reduce your calories without dropping food volume 🥗🥦🌽

3️⃣ Swap sauces for herbs and spices 👏👏 No need to have bland food, but mayo/ketchup and sweet chilli sauce etc. can add a shed load of calories to your meals! Whereas herbs and spices have minimal calories 🌶️🌿

4️⃣ Cook with spray cooking oils 👏👏 Oil is 100% fat which is the highest calorie macro at 9 calories per gram & ml 😮!! Greek yogurt is packed with protein and probiotics that support gut health, increase GLP1 to help you feel full longer, build muscle, and stabilize blood sugar so your energy stays steady all day. Berries take it to another level. Raspberries have about 10 grams of fiber per cup and blueberries have around 6 to 7. That fiber helps digestion, controls cravings, and slows glucose absorption. Blueberries are also loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and polyphenols that protect your cells and support recovery. Start your day with a Greek yogurt parfait. Sometimes I’ll add a scoop of @muscle_dummies whey protein to make it even better and bump it up to around 50 grams of protein. Weight loss is very simple and straightforward! (You dont need a fad diet where you cut out an entire food group because some dude at Walmart told you it’s poison) ⬇️WEIGHT LOSS STEPS⬇️ 1. Download myfitnesspal in the App Store and track ALL the food you ACTUALLY eat throughout the day. Do this for an entire week and try to eat relatively the same amount every day. Find out where your maintenance calories are by increasing or decreasing your calories (by 100 - 200 cals) at the end of the week. 2. Once you’ve found your MAINTENANCE CALORIES (the amount you need to eat to not gain or lose weight) this is when you can begin your weight loss! Start by subtracting 100 - 300 calories from your maintenance calories and DO NOT SNACK OR EAT UNTRACKED FOOD. (This is the reason most people can’t lose weight) 3. Eat your newly calculated allowance of calories EVERY DAY. It’s very important that you eat under that number or else the fat loss cannot physically happen. (CALORIES IN, CALORIES OUT. YOU CANNOT BREAK THE LAWS OF THERMODYNAMICS, I PROMISE) 4. Once you reach a plateau (stop losing weight) at the calorie amount we determined from earlier, just subtract another 100 - 300 calories from your allowance and eat that amount of calories until you reach another plateau and then repeat this step till you reach your desired weight! Weight loss isn’t rocket science! It just takes a small amount of understanding and some discipline.
