CAHere’s the thing⬇️
I don’t actually know if healing your eyesight naturally is possible. I’ve never done it. In fact, every doctor I’ve ever spoken to about it has assured me it is absolutely not possible. Some of these are dear friends whom I implicitly trust.
But the thing is: I’ve seen crazier things happen. I’ve witnessed women be given big scary diagnoses and labeled as “incurable” and seen with my very eyes those diagnoses reversed.
So if it’s possible to heal my eyesight, I’m going to try. I won’t bet my life on it, and if it doesn’t happen—God is still good. But as someone who is reliant on a toxic prescription to go into my eyes daily to be able to see, I’d like to try 🙈
I started at a -7.5 prescription and I am down to a -4.75. Here are the concepts I keep in mind and the biggest non negotiable for me on this little journey —
I know that all dis-ease can be traced back to cellular disfunction. We restore the cell, we restore the system. This is why when we view the body through the lens of metabolism and bio energetics, we can begin to see healing in places where we maybe didn’t think was possible.
Our cells, specifically our mitochondria, are LIGHT adaptive. They are extremely sensitive to light environment — which is why my biggest non negotiable in this little experiment is
☀️morning and evening sunshine on my naked eyes daily☀️
This looks like taking my kids on a walk with my glasses on my head instead of over my eyes.
Will this heal my eyesight? I don’t know. But I do know they I SEE exponentially better outside in the natural light than I do indoors—so intuitively it makes sense for me to be outside with my naked eyes.
Anyways, if you are interested in following my journey, swipe left and give me a follow! If you’re interested in learning more about HOW I’m doing it, comment EYES and I’ll send you a page with some of the things I’ve found most important in my journey!
