SUNDAY cz let me tell you if you can start on sunday you are more likely to complete this challenge💪⁣ ⁣ ✅The goal of this challenge is to get in your 10,000 steps every day. You can walk whenever you like—as long as you're moving and counting your steps, that counts as walking!⁣ ⁣ ✅We will be tracking your progress on two platforms. ⁣ 1. Instagram stories- where you need to upload screenshot of your steps at end of the day.⁣ 2.
