Focus on control and full range of motion. ➰ Tempo-Controlled Pec Fly Slow eccentrics and a brief pause increase muscle activation and improve chest shape. Here’s how to improve your chest workouts 🤓explained below ⬇️⬇️⬇️ - Wearing @gymshark code JB10 - Instead of a dumbbell hex press, do a dumbbell fly. The hex press is very limited in range of motion, plus there’s no stretch whatsoever. The dumbbell fly gives the most tension in the lengthened portion of the rep and the ROM is fantastic. - Instead of a typical push-up, do a deficit push-up. The deficit will allow you to go further down, emphasizing a huge stretch at the bottom of the rep. I like to superset deficit push-ups with dips or use them for a great finisher as a final exercise. - Instead of flat barbell press, do incline barbell press.
