Here’s a simple workout to target each: Concentration Curls – 3 sets of 10 reps (short head focus) Cross-Body Hammer Curls – 3 sets of 10 reps (brachialis focus) Incline Dumbbell Curls – 3 sets of 10 reps (long head focus) All of these exercises train the whole biceps complex, but each one shifts more emphasis toward a specific muscle. #biggerbiceps #bicepsworkout #bicepworkout
