If you have a great Mind 🧠 Muscle 💪🏽 connection to your core then those muscle should be engaged in mostly everything you do not just while working out. I’m engaging my core when I step out the shower. Gotta make sure I don’t fall while drying myself off on one leg. That’s just a random example. Anyways, give this a try. And if you do want to use equipment and don’t have a plate, you can always replace with dumbbells. The MOST important thing to do when training your core is to make sure you ENGAGE it.
