Your running efficiency could be compromised by that and you could suffer from back injuries. ✅ Torso has to be strong and straight. Arms’ swing helps to push forward. To improve it, do a lot of core workouts to strengthen the back and the torso. Then imagine to have a wall next to your shoulders that prevents you to jiggle laterally. ——— ⚠️ TECNICA DI CORSA 👍 Corriamo con tutto il corpo, non solo con le gambe e i piedi. TOP CORE MISTAKES! Stop making these mistakes & get a lot more from your core workouts! MISTAKE 1: Sagging core & lower back in planks. THE FIX: Keep your core tight & engaged by giving a mini “tuck” to your hips, this will keep your plank strong & straight. Tighten your glutes! MISTAKE 2: Lower back coming off the ground. THE FIX: Press your lower back down by giving another little hip tuck. The lower you drop your legs, the more challenging it is. Work on strengthening your core & back in a higher position before dropping down too low for good form. MISTAKE 3: Pulling on your neck. THE FIX: Keep a space between your chin & chest by fixing your eyes on the ceiling or high on the wall. MISTAKE 4: Holding your breath. THE FIX: Focus on slow, controlled breathing throughout. Exhale on the rise, inhale on the lower. MISTAKE 5: Trying to “run off” poor food choices. THE FIX: Eat clean as much as possible- you will feel better, move better & look better!
