Monday Motivation with @healthy_options_by_brenda If you ever think it’s too late to start anything to do with fitness, take a leaf out of Brenda’s book. After a very busy life, a high-level career, and raising kids, Brenda never had the time to get to the gym. When she retired, she decided she wanted the energy to look after and play with her grandkids, so at 69, Brenda started training with us at Livin. And Brenda is absolutely flying. At the start, Brenda couldn’t do box jumps and was doing burpees to a high box instead. Last week, Brenda jumped onto a 6-inch box 100 times and is now doing burpees to the 6-inch box instead of the 20-inch. Amazing work, Brenda. You are a true champ. ❤️
