How often do you change your workouts? Or do you stick to the same thing for months and months on end? If you’re not changing your workouts every few weeks you body will begin to adapt to the exercises that you’re doing and will not benefit from the exercises the way it was before. It will also prevent you from hitting a plateau and makes your workouts abit more fun! Let’s talk about “toning up” real quick… What does it actually mean? Toning up means losing fat and gaining muscle. In order to do that you need to throwing some heavy weights around the gym. Stop doing light weights and high reps. That’s not going to get you anywhere. And finally.. If you miss a workout or don’t have time to fit a proper workout in, it’s not that big of a deal. It doesn’t mean you have to completely sack off the whole workout altogether.
