Il vit grâce à un principe simple : pression → décompression. Chaque fois que tu bouges, que tu charges modérément, que tu marches ou que tu t’entraînes proprement, tu crées une “pompe” qui chasse puis réabsorbe le liquide synovial. C’est ce liquide qui apporte l’oxygène, le glucose et les nutriments aux chondrocytes. Pas de mouvement = mauvaise nutrition = dégénérescence accélérée. Mouvement intelligent = meilleure hydratation + meilleure résilience articulaire. 👉 Moralité : protéger tes articulations ne veut PAS dire les épargner. Ton intestin ne l'absorbe pas. Tu peux en avaler 10 grammes — 99.7% finit dans tes toilettes. L'industrie des compléments le sait et te vend quand même des gélules à 30 euros.
