A quick indoor warm-up means you step outside energised, focused, and ready to smash your run - no matter the time of day (or lack of sunlight!!). Despite being done inside your warm-up should try to mimic your run, and should therefore include a range of dynamic, functional, plyometric exercises. The real game-changer? Slowing down 🐢 By intentionally running slow, I built a stronger aerobic base, improved my endurance, and ultimately got faster without burning myself out. More patience, more consistency, and smarter training = real progress!
