PEC DECK FLY The pec deck fly is one of the best machines to build a deep chest line — only if done with proper form. How to do it right: 1️⃣ Seat height Adjust the seat so the handles are at mid-chest level. 2️⃣ Back & posture Sit tall, chest up, shoulders pulled back. Do not round your back. 3️⃣ Grip & elbow position Hold the handles with a slight bend in your elbows. Do NOT lock or flare your arms. 4️⃣ Movement Bring the handles together slowly until they meet in front of your chest. Squeeze your chest for 1–2 seconds. 5️⃣ Return slowly Open your arms in a controlled way. Gomiti: Leggermente flessi. . . 🔥 Esecuzione: Concentrica (Chiusura): Espira e porta le maniglie al centro immaginando di voler unire i bicipiti, non le mani. Pro Tip: esegui una Peak Contraction (strizza) per 1 secondo al centro. Eccentrica (Apertura): Inspira e apri lentamente controllando il peso. Quando i gomiti sono allineati al busto mantieni la posizione 1/2” per evitare di “rimbalzare”. Ricorda che andare in “deep stretch” eccessivo con carichi alti può stressare la capsula anteriore della spalla senza benefici aggiuntivi per l’ipertrofia (dunque non serve andare così tanto indietro con le mani come nel video). . . 🎯 Muscoli Target: Focus primario: Gran Pettorale.
